With GPS Ranging you can easily create remote GPS coordinates using the GPS, compass sensors and camera in your iPhone or iPad. You dont have to be at the feature location in order to generate a coordinate for it! Simply point your camera at the feature of interest, snap a photo, the only thing you need to add is the distance or range to the feature you wish to create a coordinate for. You can then copy and paste those remote coordinates into just about any map app for navigation.
